Who are included in the Mandatory Regulations Recently Issued by the Governor?
Barbershops, Cosmetology Salons, and Cosmetology Specialty Salons are some of the many included in businesses that are allowed to reopen as of 12:01 am May 11, 2020, according to the Expansion of the Executive Order of Phase 1 . These businesses will be allowed to reopen as long as they maintain appropriate social distancing and precautionary measures.
Will I still be able to make my appointment at Lisa B & Company Day Spa?
The only restriction on appointments is that you need to make one. Mandatory restrictions as outlined by the Governor indicated that businesses are to be operating by appointment only. By doing so, we can surmise that this will cut down on unnecessary foot traffic in accordance with social distancing practices.
When Should I arrive for my appointment?
According to the State, there is no regulation on when you should arrive. Lisa B & Company Day Spa however kindly requests that you arrive closer to your appointment time to avoid unnecessary traffic and congestion in the waiting area. Like many other businesses, Lisa B’s requires that only those who have appointments wait inside.
What are Nail Salons and Spas Doing differently?
Like many licensed practitioners, special cleaning and sanitation procedures will be taking place before and after each client’s appointment. Waiting areas will be free of magazines and high traffic items that can spread germs. Moreover, the staff at Lisa B & Company Day Spa will be wearing Masks and request that their clients do the same.
What if I’m Not Feeling Well?
Something that we all tend to forget coming out of this Pandemic is that allergy season is upon us. Allergy or otherwise, if you are feeling ill or are exhibiting any kind of cold or flu symptoms, the staff at Lisa B’s will kindly ask you to leave. In the grand scheme of things, appointments can always be rescheduled!
